Sourced from a single vineyard, the fruit undergoes minimal handling, naturally fermented and aged in seasoned oak barrels, without the use of fining or filtration, except for a small addition of sulphur when bottled. The result is an extremely juicy, smooth, and drinkable wine, offering a medium-bodied profile with a mix of cherry flavours and soft tannins, making it perfect for pairing with pizza and pasta.
